when your legs fall asleep and you have to finish those last sets of squats

Happened to me recently. F?!ked off my accessory lifts (although I got my main lifts in) before I had to clock back in from lunch.

happened to me once or twice during squats. legs literally shut the fuck down even if you warm them up to finish your remaining sets. sucks balls

You mean you poop while lifting? I usually just go take dumps between sets - da caffeine be doing it to ya, or maybe your body just gets looser

Preworkout always gives me the dumps. I try to hold the turd in, though. This way, not only am I training my external muscles, but internal as well. There's nothing quite like a large/small intestine + sphincter pump.
