My plan is to lift weights and then do plyometrics twice a week.
I was wondering if this would be ok while bulking? My goal is obviously to try and get bigger/stronger. I'm assuming it would be ok since I'll be burning fat, but I just have to make sure Im in a caloric surplus if I also want to get bigger and stronger?

kinda depends on how you do your cardio, wanna do HIIT
i think most will tell you cardio is dumb if on a bulk

Why tho

Having a healthy cardiovascular system is just as important as lifting

And cardio burns energy , you eat more to compensate for calories burns and it's he same shit

Yes do cardio. Unless you just literally want to get big , then don't .

anything can be cardio if u do it very quickly and increase your heart rate lol

bicep curls with 10 lbs each arm for 250 reps at a time
