i just went to the grocery store and picked up some things for my "cut".. ive never cut before so idk what im really doing but these are some things i plan on eating..
a lot of eggs.. the whole egg
oatmeal
lean steak
chicken lots of chicken
got some 2% milk.. i know this probably isnt a good choice for cutting but i need to keep my protein high and i mix it with my shakes
more protein powder
bunch of broccoli and other greens
apples for pre or post workout or just a snack.
tuna
brown rice..
they were out of salmon fuckers..
Get some nanners, eat em right before bed and trip bawls
