hi guys iv'e been doing a diet and exercising for the last 2 weeks

i basicly do 30 min of stepmaster and 30 minutes of weight lifting

i try to eat 2000 calories nothing less nothing more

1st 2 weeks i lost 8 pounds

but since sunday i lost jack shit


so is it because i am gaining muscle is it what i eat do i need to do more exercise ?

theres carbs in almost everything how the heck did you survive xD

If you are losing fat, you aren't persay gaining much muscle mass.

2000 Calories isn't bad, depends on your current weight/physique.
You should aim to lose 1-2lb of fat each week.

Weigh yourself once a week, your weight could just be the same now depending on what you ate the day before / bathroom.
Stick to it.

all i know is everyday i eat well and i go to the gym hard


i wont stop till i lose all the weight i want


i'm currently 6'1 270 pounds

i started at 279 April 12 2016

my goal was to lose 50-60 pounds by september

Don't focus on the number so much. Focus on your appearance. You may find that once you lose even 20lbs and start to fill out with muscle, you really like the way you are starting to look, while seeing your strength increase.

Like art said, you weight less in the morning than at night. Weigh yourself once a week in the morning and don't sweat the number every single day. The best thing I can suggest is to take pictures every day/every few days, once a week when you weigh yourself. It's hard to notice changes in your physique when you're checking yourself out every day in the mirror!

Id try a strength gaining program and just eat clean. Losing that weight and not putting on muscld wont look as good as gaining muscle then cutting out some fat

You need to eat more, 2000 calories is what I eat to cut when I'm 170 lbs and I'm 6'1
