I'd like to start my first real clean cut. I never really done one before, so if someone got any tips on % of macros i should take + if 300-500 calorie deficit is good enough per day + if theres an app to track my macro on Android that works good.
Also, I remember that there was a list of aliments that was circulating a while back in this subforum, if someone still got the pic, to post it here !
