I'd like to start my first real clean cut. I never really done one before, so if someone got any tips on % of macros i should take + if 300-500 calorie deficit is good enough per day + if theres an app to track my macro on Android that works good.
Also, I remember that there was a list of aliments that was circulating a while back in this subforum, if someone still got the pic, to post it here !

How much are you dropping from? 500 cal drop is pretty high.
If you're fat and have never lifted before then you probably should do heavyou lifting or you'll get skinny fat which is actually gross

1g protein per body weight in lb
Get at least 30-40g fat
Rest can be carbs or protein

I personally eat like 600g carbs while maintaining or slow bulking
I tried to bring that down to 350g but honestly didn't feel a difference (tried for 2weeks) and it sacked because I love bagels, oatmeals, bananas,apples


train hard
Lift heavy
Eat clean whole foods not that processed shit
That's it man
