you gotta find time to fit it in atleast 2-3 times a week just to maintain until your schedule opens back up..

1 day 20 minutes of DL's
2d day 20 mins of bench
3d squats.. and try to throw some OHP in there somewhere.. you wont regret it

not even 3 right away if thats beyond fathom

just find 1 day a week

then find 2 days

then 3 days. if u can even find 1 day a week, u gotta reset ur priorities

i would go full body workouts all 10-12 reps high intensity, low rest time

5 sets deadlifts
5 sets rows
5 sets squats
5 sets bench
5 sets ohp
5 sets shrugs
5 sets curls
5 sets close grip bench for tri's

all you need is one barbell and weights, could get it all done in a hour 2-3 times a week

If you cared you'd make time. Stop making ducking excuses you special little snow flake. There is people working way more than you do and still find time to hit the gym.

this is what I always think..

you could literally do an intense heavy compound workout in like 20-30 minutes a few days a week and maintain like 90% of your size as opposed to not doing anything and gradually losing size.

put in like 20% of the effort and keep 90% of the gains
