3d squats.. and try to throw some OHP in there somewhere.. you wont regret it
this is what I always think..
you could literally do an intense heavy compound workout in like 20-30 minutes a few days a week and maintain like 90% of your size as opposed to not doing anything and gradually losing size.
put in like 20% of the effort and keep 90% of the gains
