We were talking about my diet and I mentioned I drink skim milk, protein shakes, and a lot of meats to get protein.
Every word I said he kept asking "why, why do you do that".
I was told that it's stupid for me to try and consume 150g+ of protein because
A) I'm training/tuning my metabolism to use Protein?

My body knows what it needs. If it needs protein, it will convert sugar, fat into protein or if I need fats it can convert protein/carbs into fats
All these jacked body builders gain muscle only by steroids, if I opened up any Chemist book I would read this.
