So I'm cutting but my spring ball hockey season just started and we have 2-3 games a week for the next month or so. I'm wondering if I should eat at maintainence or a slight surplus during the short season so I can recover and be in game shape.

Games are two 20 minute halves , I play top line so it's basically 1 minute on 2 off for 40 minutes .

As of right now I can't complete my regular legs workout because my legs are dead from all the running.

Actually the bulk of my games are Sunday and tuesday, so if I just move my legs to friday instead of tuesday i should be fine.

You need Friday use of legs for playing the field in bed.
