I have a lot of trouble making it through a workout without eating or drinking something after my compound movements (usually only on lower body days)

Usually I have 2 scoops of protein powder whenever I start to feel a bit tired/lightheaded, forgot my scoops today so I'm having some fuking $6 Gatorade so I can do my dls and ghrs >:(

Anyone tried candy?

E/ free bro tip when u wear tights to the gym, wear whitey tighties so that you can't see the underwear lines through the tights. (If u don't wear underwear and u spread your legs too wide ppl can see ur dick then u get a 24h ban from the gym, even if u didn't intentionally do that, just saying.)

Hi, u might want to check out BCAA`s if you havent tried those ones for intraworkout supplement :)

I eat like 3 meals 5 minutes before i lift to get that sweet powerlift belly so my inzer fits better.

those are fuking shit.



That's insanely bad. Rebound hypoglycemia , and blood/oxygen going to smooth muscle in stomach for digestion which should be going to your skeletal muscles

But srs, fuck eating while going hard on compounds. I go too hard I guess, coz I would fucking spew if I ate while working out lol
