Pnutz's 7/5/3 Spreadsheet looked pretty solid imo. Has good volume accumulation in a linear fashion. The only thing I don't like was that the big lifts were only trained once a week.
However, Ive been running Candito's 6 week Linear Program for 2 cycles now and I've made some serious gains. Current lifts are 405/275/495 which I would attribute greatly to his program. I will be starting a third cycle next week when exam season dies down.
I would encourage you to have a look and try it out. Candito is a smart guy. He personally used this program to prep for his meets.
not too keen on the 7/5/3 matt ogus is a bodybuilder first, pler on the side/just for fun.
I was actually looking at Candito's program, will probably give that a go. Maybe do a mock meet tmrw to find out my new peasant maxes.
