thats what i was thinking ^^ its like 5ish degrees centigrade here maybe i could go run with my winter coat a while ^^
i read somewhere that in a longer term 'temp weight lost' its the oposite that you actually want to drink alot of water and dont eat salty stuff (to lose the water your body retains)
but that surely dont apply to a 24hours thing
