Hey guys,
I've used this website http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm and IIFYM calculator to find out macros cals and stuff. Been eating at 2100 cals a days approx for 5 days.
Just wondering if im doing something wrong, everywhere it suggest to lose around 2,5 lbs max per week, and since i started i went from 183 to 177 in 5 days (after taking poop and piss in the morning)
It is normal or im losing too fast?

Minimized glycogen stores and water loss. It's expected.

can u really notice if u lost 2 lbs of fat?

especially if u look in the mirror everyday

even if u dont look in mirror. 2 lbs is hard to notice.

just keep up ur diet. edit it as needed, as u loose weight, recalculate. and yea noticeable water loss is to be expected at first. then again water weight fluctuates throughout the day anyway

do the same calories for another week,

if you lose another 6 lbs then increase your calories 300 the week after that and check again

what is your bodyfat? you can be 180 lbs with 10% bodyfat or 180 lbs with 30% bodyfat

Here is my actual weight tracking:
- 180
- 179
- 178
- 177
- 177
- 178,5
- 177,5

those are the macros im using
2100 calories
Protein Grams : 146
Fat Grams : 73
Carbs Grams : 222.1
Fiber Grams : 27 - 36

First time I'm logging things, trying to be as accurate as possible. Most of the time I'm not hitting fat goal, but instead I get more carbs and protein.
Isn't 222g of carbs too high? Anyone can review my macros?

edit: also I'm on an EC stack.

stop using iifym if you don't already know your body

its easier to hit your goals when you dont have a bunch of sugar as your carbs

dont waste time counting fiber...

increase protein by 30
get 50-60 fat
the rest carbs

high carbs is good for cutting if you are not eating a bunch of processed shit filled with fat and sugar...

eat real food for 4 weeks and check your results

Yup, weight management is 70% in the kitchen 30% in the gym IMO. Get the diet and you get the abs!
