I'm in the last 4-6 weeks of my cut and I'm wondering if dropping carbs from 200 ish grams to 100 or so grams and upping fats and protein would make a difference or would it just hinder my performance in the gym due to less muscle glycogen and not make a difference in the fat loss?

Cutting carbs will be misleading because you'll lose water weight and then as soon as you bump carbs back up you'll regain that water weight. Get lean as fuark on a diet you can sustain is the best route IMO.

its ideal when the cut is serious ie getting below 10-12% body fat iirc

i CUT weight fast eating 300 a day... breh dropping carbs is such a freakin myth... Eat good carbs, and expend them during the day... simple as that
