Used to moderately but I haven't in nearly a year. Alcohol is terrible for you. Increases your risk for all kinds of GI cancer, liver disease, is a great waste of money, makes you impulsive, stupid and sloppy. There are NO health benefits that any of you can claim because the only purported health benefits are at consumption rates of roughly 1 drink per day and I know for a fact most of you drink probably 8 to 20 times that in an evening. You can't save up non drinking days so that it hurts less on drinking days/still gives you the benefit. I'm not even 100 percent convinced that alcohol as a molecule has any benefit at low doses.
