So I'm getting back into the gym after hockey season, and while I'm still in excellent shape, I'm not as muscularly heavy as I used to be. (Was 6'7, 230 no fat, now i'm ~205-210)
That being said, should I go right back into a program? Or do a few "Overall" days to get my body back into it?

Would maybe consider a day or two of circuits then rest and try to ease back into a lowered weight program.
