Yeah I want some good looking UI shet to motivate me instead of typing them down in the default note app of my phone :)

use a fuckin notepad and pen. Nothin better than a notepad covered in chalk and blood smudged PR's written in that shit. Put the phone away and get to work boy.

This guy at my old gym kept a log of his shit on paper. He carried his gym bag to every machine/weights. Constantly poured amino acids. Wore a adidas jump suit. Over 6 months I never saw this dude lose weight/get stronger. He legit came at night and just walked around talking to the guy who worked there lol. Don't be that guy. Stay focused on your shit. IMO you should know what you lift or remember after you lift it. It's not hard

yeah i kept a log for a month or so then said fuck it cuz i know what i lift.. i know all my max's and what not.. who needs a log. but on the other hand my dad keeps all his shit wrote down.. hell go through a notebook a month keeping track of every set rep.. diet.. everything.

Yeah I log my shit at home after the gym. I used to put it in the notes on my phone but would always waste a few mins fucking with it. Notes app sucks and touch screen phones blow when your hands are covered in sweat/dripping off your face lol
