and i forgot the type of injury name, but i know one common shoulder injury is known to have pain radiating down the bicep
my advice. dont lift till u get it checked out. u said its pain like u have never felt before. so its probably not just a simple issue.

i tried to google the symptoms but every time i do that it tells me im dying of some kind of disease.. im gonna take some ibprophen and maybe ice it tonight.. if its not feeling better tomorrow i may see about getting it checked out.

My right shoulder is messed up too. I gotta go to a doctor because it doesn't hurt on shoulder press but when I bench for some reason it hurts on the negative
yeah it really sucks i cant really afford an injury right now its crucial that i hit the gym hard everyday.
