alright today was arms. i was on my first working set after 2 warmup sets. i was curling on the cables. anyways on the top of my fourth rep i felt a tear inside my right shoulder blade.. ive never felt a pain like this before. It hurts when i move my arm anywhere above my head and its really hurts on the way back down. it also hurts when i move my torso from side to side. i was using good form i have no idea what could have happened. now about a hour and a half after i keep getting this very sharp precise pain that hurts just as bad as the initial pain.. you guys think it could be a tore muscle? ive had my fair share of injuries in the gym and this is unlike any ive ever had..

shoulder injuries are extremely common

and i forgot the type of injury name, but i know one common shoulder injury is known to have pain radiating down the bicep

my advice. dont lift till u get it checked out. u said its pain like u have never felt before. so its probably not just a simple issue.

My right shoulder is messed up too. I gotta go to a doctor because it doesn't hurt on shoulder press but when I bench for some reason it hurts on the negative

i tried to google the symptoms but every time i do that it tells me im dying of some kind of disease.. im gonna take some ibprophen and maybe ice it tonight.. if its not feeling better tomorrow i may see about getting it checked out.

yeah it really sucks i cant really afford an injury right now its crucial that i hit the gym hard everyday.

ive never done any peptides but i might look into it for sure for when im in between cycles or maybe even for my next stack haha.

Shoulder injury is not a joke, sleep on the opposite shoulder tonight. If it still hurts tomorrow make an appointment asap.
