you might know about all of this but by the nature of your post i'm gonna assume you don't.
if you want to get super technical, find a macro split that matches your fitness goal, whatever it might be. for general health, since you say "clean" bulk, it's the easiest thing ever. eat whole foods. avoid heavily processed food and sat fats. win!
trying to encourage you to find this out yourself because everybodys body/budget/food availability is different. it takes some time and has a learning curve. somebody can spoonfeed you everything, but it'll never be as rewarding.
Most of this is right besides the bold part. Even if you follow someone's routine who has the exact same body and goals as you, it doesn't mean your body will react the same way to certain foods that theirs will.
