Im slow bulking from 175 to 220ish
currently 185 lbs
What do you all think about increasing 400-500 calories If i add some more cardio every couple days?
or should i just stay at my current calories with little cardio.
opinions?

Im bulking too and I do 20-40 mins 3 days a week to keep thr fat under control.

Not trying to jack your thread.. but do you guys think speed walking on a incline will target more fat and leave more muscle? or a light jog or what.
