my squat is a disgrace
obsolute max is around 225

my DL is 320
bench in near 300 1 rep...

been back in the gym for about a month now, reconditioned myself for a bit with calisthenics after homelessness/dope use

been doing legs every week, upper body got strong real quick but my squat is so bad its pissing me off
why is this happening, I used to squat over 300 for reps and it didn't take long to get there

should i do legs 2-3 times a week and just ignore upper for a while?

Start squatting at least twice a week, eat more, fix your technique and be patient.

I say this to everyone I meet irl who is stressing over their lower end pr

Look at this as a motivation to concentrate/work harder. Look at yourself and say yes today will be the day I break through this and get stronger. You work from a base and work your way up, be happy you can squat 225, you are squatting more then 95% of Americans.

im probably worse than you in terms of my squat. anyone here will tell you that. lol. youre preaching to the king of squat issues
