my left arm is visibly less muscular than my right arm. will this balance out eventually? fk this is weird.

u could just use ur left hand for left penor

and right hand for right penor

but the middle penor u gotta bend over a bit to fit it in ur mouth, difficult to do

What I did was let's say I was doing 4 sets of 8 on curling Dumbbells. I would do 8 on my right and 10-12 on my left. Not many more reps but effective enough to grow

Then eventually.. Depending on how long you have been working out it will even out. Took me like a year to be proportional.

Do each arm separately with dumbbells, lift the max you can with your smaller arm then do the same number with your stronger arm. Eventually you will balance them out.
