Not the most knowledgeable when it comes to proteins, but as far as I know whey isolate is as good as it gets for powders.
I get this Walmart brand currently because it's cheap and convenient:

However, after some research, I'm potentially looking at this one as a replacement:
http://www.amazon.com/Optimum-Nutrition-Standard-Double-Chocolate/dp/B000QSNYGI
I usually also try and eat a good post workout meal, such as chicken, that goes along with the protein shake.
If there are other choices that are better out there for powders, please post them. Also, feel free to enlighten me on what to look for with these powders.
I've read things such as the protein per serving should be around 90%. For example, 30g of protein per serving in a 41g scoop is about 73%. Any info like this to help me would be great.

Like 70-77 servings for approx 60 bucks. And it tastes awesome, I get the strawberry flavor.

Looks like ON wins by a lot.
What are some good flavors to get? 5lbs is a lot for a flavor I won't like. I generally go for a simple chocolate taste, maybe throw some peanut butter or a banana in it with some milk.
