Taking 3 pills of calcium a day and some fish oils, thinking about trying some green extracts as well.
(6:15)Meal 1 30G protein shake mixed with 1 scoop BCAA (amino acids)
(7:00)Meal 2 30-60Min after Meal 1 2 Whole eggs 1/3 Cup egg whites, 1 Cup oatmeal blended with 1cup strawberries
(10:00)Meal3 Tuna sandwich, 1 can tuna, spinach, tomato, mayo, Whole grain bread and 1 banana
(1:00)Meal4 brown rice, chicken, asparagus, almonds.
(4:00)Meal5 Sweet potato, steak, asparagus or broccoli
(7:00) Pre workout shake (25G protein, 1 scoop Bcaa, half cup oats)
(8:00-8:30) Post workout shake
30G protein, 30G Dextrose, 1 Scoop BCAA
(9:00) Brown rice, fish, asparagus
30Min before bed 1/2-3/4 Cup greek yogurt, half cap berries, tsp cinnamon for flavor.
