A video of the first set of box squats is coming soon, once my buddy sends it to me. I don't know why, but it looks slightly over parallel on the video. Friend was sitting lower than the box though so it might be the angle because when I look in the mirror besides me it looks perfectly parallel to the ground.
Jumped up 20 pounds and did 335X3 last week but didn't have anything left in the tank for the remaining of the 5 sets so I lowered the weights a bit today.
