Well, i took a 2 week break cause a ligament in my ankle was a bit messed up.
2 weeks of no running, so so diet, and just sitting around.
Anyways, I busted out 30 pull ups out of no where and i'm just so much stronger then i was 2 weeks ago.
I've never really taken breaks unless I was sick or injured. So I ONLY see a decrease of everything.
I benched 225 twice pretty easily with no spot so i was a bit scared. I'm usually 150-155ish. And now i'm 158-160ish atm.
I mean fuck. I don't want to believe that all that fat is helping me but i think having a bit of excess fat help. Or idk.
I just dont know anymore.
anyone gone through something similar with lifting weights?
