135 2 sets paused reps - 10 reps
185 - 12 reps
205 8-9
225 - 6 today was a PR on reps
205 5 sets 8/7/6/5/5 reps
185 2 sets - 10-12 reps
135 2 sets to failure

Incline

All DB's
60's 12x
65's 10x
70's 8-9
75's 7-8 2 sets

Incline Cable Flys

3 sets 60 to failure

Decline

Recently ive only been doing high cable flys for my lower chest

2 sets 70 for 10-12
2 sets 50 to failure.

you serious.. a month ago i was stuck at 185 for 8-9 reps and couldnt hit 2 plates once.. today i do 5x5+ of 205 and hit 2 plates for 6... if you cant see progress from that idk what to tell yah bro haha.

by the end of april in gonna be hitting 275 for 3 i hope.

well its hard to keep pace off this much volume. what if u plateau , what are u going to change

ill do what i did last time and use DB's for flat for a few weeks and then go back to barbell.. i keep track of it all in my head i know what i lifted each session so i know if im adding either weight or reps. and plus im gonna start adding it all here.

Guys ive gotta come clean... im sippin on the juice box. im like 5 weeks into a 15 week cycle... gotta give it my all... so that is why i have so much volume and why my bench has gone up 40 lbs in a month.
