If I prepare creatine at 7am and drink it at 1pm would that still be the same as drinking it at 705am?

When is an OK level to start using belt, chalk, and Oly shoes? My deadlift is at 295 no chalk no belt no Oly

If I hit my proteins and I'm at 1800cal and I need to be at 2900 cal.... should I call it a day or eat fats until I'm at 2900? I'm trying to clean bulk at 2lb a month but very hard to do.

Who needs a belt, chalk is fine whenever it doesn't influence your strength at all it just increases skin friction with the bar. Fuck Olympic shoes imo

Get oly shoes if you oly lift, get a belt if you want, dont really need one, chalk is cool whenever as long as your gym allows it

Your creatine is fine and eat the amount of calories youre supposed to

doesn't matter when you take creatine during the day.

you wont get fat from eating too many carbs... you will get fat from too much calories

just get your minimum protein and fat.... the rest carbs

stop making it complicated

Did chest yesterday super sore. Pulled an all nighter for exam. Took a nap. Feeling rejuvenated. Should I go and do shoulders or do it tomorrow?

Haven't done shoulders since Sunday


Only thing I'm worried about is ill be too tired and sore to get an effective workout. Am I just being a bitch???
