It's possible that your body has a high tolerance to it, imo. Some people just don't feel anything with different substances. There's a guy I work with who almost never drinks coffee, and even when he does, he gets no boost, no energy, no anything from it.
And it really is just a waste of money. If you want some extra energy and focus, just drink a strong cup of black coffee and maybe have a banana. I know you don't drink coffee, but that would be your best bet. Even if you only drink it before workouts.
Yeah, coffee is the same with me. My friend brags how a strong cup of coffee keeps him going half the day. I drank a few mugs of super caffeinated coffee in college once while studying, and I felt nothing.
I'm just more curious why C4 gave me that super tunnel vision the first time, but every time after that was nothing more than an itchy forehead.
