Im running 30-40 min in a stable machine speed, thats between 5-6.5 km (or atleast thats what the machine says) and then I do like 20-25 min of bicycle
is that enough?
Im trying to eat less and well, what would you say? more cardio or is that already good? (going to gym 3 days a week)
