What's a good way to recover from a leg day workout + intense speed/running training.
Lol my legs are still sore from Thursday. I did do some light legs today, but really really low weight. Kind of going through the motions.
Any of you have any tricks to recover faster? (Quad-hamstring-glutes are the sore parts)
I've been massaging them and going to the jacuzzi to try and speed it up.

Foam roll, sleep, solid diet. Also if you still get really sore it's just because you're either new to training, or not training frequently enough.

I've heard AAS really speeds up recovery.
