Looking for new highly effective exercises for any given muscle. Wondering what you guys may use as accessories or to supplement for your big lifts.

Abs -
Hanging leg raises if client is capable - great to hit pelvic floor and lower abs.
Russian twists / side dumbbell extensions - for obliques
Weighted decline crunches - fantastic for upper abs specifically

Triceps -
I typically prefer just tricep push downs as heavy as possible for maximum mechanical load.
Can supplement with supine Tri extensions or skull crushes for a lot of metabolic fatigue and to also really hit the long head of the tricep.

Hammys
- stiff legged deads

Etc. will give more later

What do the hnf bros do as Big Bang for buck exercises?
Biceps
Glutes
quads
Lats
Forearms etc

Fixate and synergise I guess lol. Was thinking it was more lower abs. Thought someone would say something about this but didn't think it would be the only thing contributed to a fair topic lol

i haven't touched a db for biceps since i started using a curl bar.

yet, oppositely, haven't done bench press since i peeped that scooby video on how to do db presses on the floor.

these are likely my favorite because they're the only lifts i've been doing in such a way for under a year. still has that new car smell, yakno.

Biceps - curls
Glutes - I squash a lot
quads - leg extensions / squats
Lats - rows
Forearms etc - I got this little circuit that gives me guaranteed pump + destruction of fibers not worthy

I take a 33 / 22 / 11 lbs plate and pyramid it. Start doing 33 10 times, then 22 10 times, then 11 10 times, then 22 10 times, then 33 10 times.

By far the best exercise I feel for my forearms. Got some nice separation in forearm muscles from it.
