He didn't give weights on any of the movements. Full body doing compound movements is foolish. If you max out or go for PR on squat/bench/OHP/deadlift... I guarantee that you won't be able to give it 100% to each one.
Do you want to look aesthetic or get stronger?
If it's aesthetics then why bench and what not. Bench is a stupid exercise for building muscle. It's a ton of weight that doesn't target chest as regular bodybuilding exercises.
