Anyone have any cool tips that help them with allergies? Such as pollen (ragweed,grass, dust mites)
It just started yesterday for me again, and now I'm taking my spray and pill...
I play a crapload of soccer, so that grass allergy kinda sucks

I don't even know how I got allergies... neither of my parents have allergies, and I just noticed them the most in the past year.

nobody is really sure how many people do develop allergies... A common theory is that be exposure to exogenous chemicals in youth, or lack thereof. I.E. being exposed to a potential allergen at a vulnerable state or not being exposed to it enough... weird eh?

It might even be something totally different... we aren't sure.

U got health care like prescription plan? Go to your doctor and ask them to prescribe you Singulair. Best allergy med ever, I had allergies this one spring and I took that once a day and was good as new. Don't really have issues anymore but yeah ask the doc for em.

I'm taking something similar to singulair.
Hopefully in the next couple days it will get better. Just started to take the pills this morning, and I know I should have taken it like 1week prior to spring season.

ive had allergies ever since i was young singulair is the only thing that has actually worked for me.
too bad im too lazy to go get a prescription for it again lol
