2. DB's are a great option

3. Do you pre-exhaust your chest before you do your compound movements? yes before you ask your strength will drop significantly during the compound exercise.
Basically i need a video of you during your incline bench to be able to fix your problem
I switch up the degree of the bench from i think 45 to 25? idk theres 2 settings on the bench i use both.. and yeah i do incline after flat and decline so im already a little burnt out. my flat and decline have both gone up significantly.
