I have been going to the gym and after new years I took a small break of 2 weeks and came back, I have changed my deadlifting form since I was told that I was doing it wrong and now apparently i'm doing it right.
I'm saying apparently because I can't inspect my own form
So I have been having this problem with my lower back for the past 5 days, I can't stand straight for too long and when I do and I bend down a little or bend to the side I feel this crazy pain in my lower back, even when I bend down slowly. Tomorrow I'm going to the walk in clinic if it doesn't heal.

Note that I haven't deadlifted in about 2 weeks.

its got the word dead in it

its dangerous bruh

form is key to every lift, some lifts have higher risk than others. id say deadlift carries quite a high risk and alot of people have shitty form

Damn, I'm guessing it could be the deadlifting that fucked my back up, hopefully it won't last too long. I'll check with the doc hopefully it's not permanent.

dont deadlift if ur backs injured.
even if it didnt cause the injury, it sure wont help it... just make it worse

Yes and I highly suggest unless you plan on doing lifting competitions I would do deadlifts at all.
