Turkey Chili? I used to love this recipe but I over did it on chili.

2.5 lbs ground Turkey
2 cans kidney beans reg size drained (or use bushes baked beans, tastes better but worse macros)
1 or 2 cans stewed tomatoes that equal about 29oz
one can tomato sauce reg size
2tbsp of each garlic salt, taco seasoning and chili powder

Cook ground turkey, drain, put everything together cook and eat, I usually just slow cooker it for 4-5 hours but it doesn't really matter.

My favorite meal prep:
6-8 oz. of chicken breast w/ 1 cup brown rice + 1 cup broccoli

Get yourself some hot sauce to give flavor to your chicken/rice if you want. Prepare every Sunday night for the entire week or whatever day that works for your schedule.

You can literally cook everything at the same time and be done in 1 hour tops.

rice, broccoli, chicken/fish/turkey

Rice will last quite awhile, usually cook up a bunch on sunday then reheat it for lunch. I've eaten it after it's been sitting in fridge for like 8 days or so and it's still good.

Sammiches. A crapload of sammiches. =p

I usually do a batch of 50/50 brown rice / white rice, and bring three containers with me to work:

3-4 eggs (one whole, rest egg whites) scrambled over rice
turkey sammich on wheat
PB sammich on wheat

The rice, I can wash the night before, and set the rice cooker on timer. Usual prep time in the morning for everything is about 20 minutes, give or take.
