Hey guys, I've been having a lot of tightness in my lower body (specifically hips/ankles) and was wondering what you guys do for stretches or as lower body mobility exercises.
This has impacted my squat pretty hard, so I'm taking some time off of squatting and I figure this might help some other people too. Much appreciated, thanks :)

Used to have huge hip mobility issues, sore groin, tons of problems

I do Chris duffins warmups before heavy dreads and skwaaats now no more issues getting into the hole, no soreness and it takes under 5 minutes.
