So I have been really working on my sprinting and hitting legs thrice a day. I'm at a wall of around a 4.10 40 and can't consistently break it.. Anyone know good explosive work? It's the start I need to work on most, thanks fr your help. Ps it's roughly a 4.10 maybe more towards a 4.05 but some a 4.15 my stop watch broke so these have been counted in my head and self timed but highly accurate. Also ISo a way to increase explosive vertical jumping plateaud at 44"

Try plyometrics training also try training above your threshold more

If you run a 4.05 40 then congrats, you're basically faster than anyone in the nfl.

Yes 4.10 second 40 yard dash head timed but extremely accurate I've gotten it at least a dozen time - once surpassed 4.07 and that's when I was just starting core and legs 3 Thrice daily but have since hit a pleateu. Once I get a stop watch ill post pics of the 4.10s etc
