using a bench doing twisting crunches , I only feel the upper ab, when I use resistance bands and a door I get the same effect.
I'm making sure not to move my hips or use my shoulders but I feel like I'm not hitting the right muscles
I did 5 sets of 15 , door and bench, and I feel like I could just keep going
