Hi I've been working out lately and I'm trying to find a good workout plan. I'm going to start eating healthier and going to start following micronutrients to build off of. Currently I take a scoop of whey protein powder right when I wake up and then take one at lunch and take one at night and then I take casein powder right before I go to bed along with multi vitamin BCAA's and Creatine about 5 grams a day so all together mean about 100 grams of protein alone just in my drinks and snack on cheese or something high in protein whenever I'm in the middle of class. I currently weigh 200 pounds 16 years old I squat 265 3 sets of 5 and deadlift around 245 three sets of five also and for my bench I do 185 3 sets of 5 currently I'm looking to just lose my fat that I have stored on me and try to get abs and bulging muscles to look good and accomplish a goal I've always wanted to accomplish if anyone could help me that would mean the world thank you guys I appreciate everything

Help with what exactly? Your llifts are already impressive concerning your age and when it comes to dieting you probably don't need all this fancy stuff, you might as well drop creatine, at this age you will be growing like crazy anyway. If you don't follow any specific diet or even eat healthy then don't use supplements. Protein powder is just a replacement, try to eat rather than drink shakes. Reorganize your diet, pick up a starting strength/stronglifts/or whatever suits you. Internet has ton of good workouts.

Bruh u wot, who decides to eat healthy and starts looking at micronutrients, you already take a multi so youre probably not deficient in anything. Do u mean macronutrients?

Yeah my phone auto corrected to micro my fault. But yes macro. For my weight in the bodybuilding calculator it said

2000 calories
45g carbs per meal
30g protein per meal
11g fats per meal

Everyone had been telling me to lower my calorie intake but a scoop of my protein powder is only 130 calories with 1.5g fat and 5 carbs. So I'll take oatmeal or something alone with these or whatever I need more of like cheesesticks fruit veggies etc.

To be honest I'm just looking for a good workout plans that will give me big calves, legs, shoulders, abs, arms and all that other stuff. Just wanting to look good to be honest and be strong at the same time for my weight at least
