i didnt TRULY start working out and developing a routine till about mid 2014, from 2012-2014 i just went to the gym at my local apt complex and didnt have any sense of what to truly do. just did some chest, abs, biceps basically to stay in shape. didnt truly start getting strong till i went to my universities gym with my friend who actually knows about working out and workout plans.
