i was doing a diet with very low cal per day for like month and half

now every day at the evening after i come of work(i sit for 8 hours doing nothing at work) i feel that all my muscles on my neck+back+chest are pulled

when i wake up at the morning i feel pain in my inside chest(like after hard training)

its been month after i stopped the diet and and muscles seem not to heal

what shall i do? start gaining mass by training or wait till they heal and do that then?

it feels like my muscles are way to weak and cant handle anything simple+sitting on that vhair all day aint healtyh too :/
suggestions?

You need to get into the gym and do some kind of workout to strengthen your muscles. Your body is basically saying you're weak and you need to do something about it.

I may be spitting broscience, but I thought very low cal diets are bad because it temporary screws your metabolism and your muscles are being eaten.

Increase the cals a bit and get to the gym.

Low cal diets are bad you are right your muscles and organs need a certain ammount of calories and nutrients to be healthy.

i did some researches,

two months ago i had stress, seems like my trapezius muscle got injured due to it.

since then the muscle always pulled at the evening and hurts at the morning for 30min or so

what shall i do? is it safe to start training the traps or let them heal completly?

take in mind that i cant rest all day till it heals, i must work and i am sitting 8 hours a day non stop,

im trying to do a walk every hour or so, and sit less as possible, and sit with straight back and head pulled backwards.

suggestions pls :)

and some 100% info would be great.

Proper posture and getting up frequently at work is a good start. Stretching while at work would be a benefit also.

iv did that yesterday, i was trying to sit at proper posture entire day, was stretching my trapeztius muscles every hour, at the evening it was so pulled, and at the morning it hurt more then normal.

but i felt no neck pain anymore.
