235 squat [Started squatting 3 months ago]
195 bench
335 dead

I am not plateaued so I am still breaking PRs.

I just feel like my bench press sucks compared to my deadlifts, even though I've been benching the longest.

your bench is ridiculous compared to your deadlift. and your squat is pretty bayyad.

usually people hit 225 bench 315 squat 405 deadlift around the same time obv genetics/leverages come into play, but I think that's a pretty decent guideline.

my #s are
215 paused bench
320 squat
390 deadlift

I started squatting 3 months ago, but only only squatted for < 2 due to a recent shoulder injury. Every squat session, PR has been increased by 10lbs, perhaps I should've waited to post my squat.

What do you mean by ridiculous?

Don't worry about it.

Those are just novice numbers. If you're making progress keep at what your doing.

Nothing seems out of place.

This. You are still pretty new to lifting. If you are on a decent training plan, your lifts will even out with time. Keep the progress up

as in your bench is high compared to your deadlift, not other way around.

But listen to other guys, they know more than me

depends on how u lift

if u squat narrow atg vs wide or bench narrow vs wide, dl sumo vs conv will all impact how much you lift

All Traditional.

Dead is conventional with under/over grip
Bench is normal flat bb, grip on the ring of the bar. So not wide/not inner aka triceps.
Squat is deep, probably atg rather than parallel.

Thanks everyone.

I progress better on DL/Squat.

Chest seems to be slower.
