Anyone else do them?

I hurt my lower back a few years ago (herniated L5S1). Squats & std leg press both cause my injury to act up.

I have incorporated single leg press into my leg day for about 8 weeks. I like the way they feel and they don't bother my lower back.

Tell me of your experiences with this exercise.

I've used it for a bit during rehab. I do prefer lunges/splitsquats though.

You can keep the std legpress for yourself btw.
