Im interested in talking with anyone that currently runs (general manager) or owns a gym commercially.

I know atleast 1/12000 jsp users have to own a gym and make money through personal training/memberships.

I have a few questions for you as I want to own a gym one day.

1st there are not 12000 members who have been active at least once over the past 6 months

2nd id assume that only around 1 out of every 5 members has been to the gym at least once in past 6 months

3rd wanna say why ur asking if some1 owns a gym?

Me and my powerlifting club own a gym that is not commercial. You probably won't find someone who own a real commercial gym...at least not someone who is active.

What do you need to know?

my friends own a commercial gym, i might be able to answer some questions, but i might not since i do not operate it...
just ask what you want to know im pretty sure some ppl here are knowledgeable about business stuff.
