Go get gait tested in a dedicated running shop and they will tell you the best type of shoe for you

Trust me, it's a real thing.

They'll either have a treadmill or a long strip in the shop which they'll make you run up and down while recording the position of your feet every time they strike the ground.

The whole point is to see if your a pronator/supinator/natural. Then you've got heel striker/mid foot/front foot etc.

Different shoes needed depending on your style.

or just dont do this

better pay 200$ for shoes than 150 for the test and get 50$ adapted shoes

The fuck you talking about 150?

It cost me 10 euro to get my gait tested then I spent 120 on shoes...

But by all means, pay 200$ for shoes that might be completely wrong for you feet and running style, it's your money at the end of the day.

You've got to find the shops that are purely for running & cater to the more competitive level. I've had my gait tested and it was always free as long as you bought a pair of shoes afterwards.
