Next time you guys measure out a cup of brown rice (plain cooked), do me a favor and weigh it and tell me how many Oz. you get.

Thanks Aube, trying to get cooked rice weight though. I normally eat 3 oz and count it as a cup since that's what it happened to be one time when I weighed it.

However, I weighed some just a minute ago and it was 4.4 oz..

Yeah I could just measure it out in a cup then just do it that way, just faster and less dishes for me to do it by weight rather than by cups.

find out how much 1 grain of rice weighs on average over a sample of at least 100 grains of rice

then count how many grains of rice u put into your cup

saved u the effort of weighing cups of rice

Just use a cup and fill it. I use regular rice and macros are 148 g carbs and 16 g prots for 680 kcals. I can eat up to 2-3 cups a day :)
