About to hit arms in an hour or so, give me a filthy workout.

biceps :
Striaght rod , 25 reps without weight
then put heavy weights . 3 sets ( 2-5kg increase per set)
Inclined bench dumbell curls 3 sets
Preacher 3 sets
Cable curl
Concentration

Triceps:
dumbell row both hands
Kick back
2 exercise on cable , push down , rope
Dips

u can do 3 exercise for biceps and triceps if ur doing both together.
Dont do preacher then

Skull crusher - 1rm

Run the rack db curls
Run the rack overhead tri ext

Go home, claim new 1rm

Have you tried his 67 hour chest workout? My chest blew up after it, added 2 inches
