While I've seen people debating this for a while, seems I've recently seen more discussion about discouraging circumcision.

What seems weird to me is that the most passionate people I've seen arguing against it are women.


Now, as a guy who's gotten the snip, I don't feel like there's anything I'm missing out on.

So, what say, gents? Poppin' collars, or smooth and sleek? The people want to know!

From what I've read, both have pros and cons.

Not snipped here. Never really thought about it. Never had a woman say anything about it. I think if you were not a hygienic person that could be an issue.

Consider this argument to be scientifically accurate, wherein we have nerve endings snipped off, however that doesn't mean cut people don't have sensations down there.

I'm circumcised and I've actually heard most girls prefer it. To be honest if it really matters to the girl, she's not mature enough to deserve it.
You still have to clean it, just not as much of a hassle when you're cut. Grab some soap in your hands and give it a good few wanks and you're done. When you're uncut you have to do a little more but not a lot.

I think the whole thing with women supporting to not circumcise is because when we're younger we don't have the choice if we want it done or not and it's commonly done at birth.
My grand father got circumcised in his mid-30's and he said it was quite painful but he didn't notice much of a difference; only visually it looked different.



All in all I'm most likely circumcising my children, but my wifes stance will be taken into account (when she enters the picture)

Why the hell would you do it to your kids? Let them choose at a more mature age, there is absolutely no indication for circumcision unless there's a medical condition i.e. the child's got a severely tight foreskin. The whole "cleaning it is easier" argument is ridiculous, as if you can't clean it otherwise.
