Now that I got your attention, I was wondering if anyone can help me out. I got these stats from my local gym and according to the head trainer there, my stats are "great". He was impressed. Now my question is; if my stats are that good and my bodyfat is realtively very low, why are my aesthetics shit? My body is nowhere near that of one that looks like he works out, despite the fact that I've been working out 3 years.

Whatever method they used to measure BF must have been horribly inaccurate.
